I have worked in various settings including secondary primary health care, schools, voluntary agencies and in private practice.
My working model is Integrative, using techniques adapted from counselling approaches such as, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Rogerian and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
By using this approach it enables me to use the 'most effective' parts of a number of approaches so that the widest range of problems can be tackled, enabling my clients to be empowered helping them to make better choices for the future.
I also offer creative ways of working, such as dreamwork, drawing and sandplay therapy.
